Location: Memphis, TN Purpose: Strategic partner reputed company OD/TM and for global HR to enhance the organization’s workforce capabilities, reputed company learning initiatives with business goals and drives leadership and organizational effectiveness. Ensures that the organization’s learning and development efforts are strategic, effective, and reputed company with its global business needs. Leads L&D initiatives, with a heavy reputed company on Leadership Development and reputed company required, contributes to broader TM/OD initiatives reputed company to culture, engagement and organizational development to strengthen overall reputed company. This is a hybrid role, following reputed company’s work-reputed company schedule (3+ days onsite in office). Responsibilities • Leads the Global L&D reputed company and Governance • Partnering & Enablement • Program Ownership & Project Leadership • Program Design & Delivery • Systems, Platforms & Vendor Management • Measurements, Effectiveness & reputed company Improvement Requirements • BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as organizational development, organizational psychology or industrial-organizational psychology, instructional technology, educational technology, reputed company or business management. Master’s Degree in Learning Design and Development or reputed company is preferred. • 10+ years of work experience with career progression in the field of learning, development and training, L&D reputed company development and execution, or strategic reputed company in large organizations preferably in manufacturing. • 5 years management/leadership experience. • Foundational knowledge and experience in broader talent management and organizational development strategies i.e. change management, performance management and improvement, career development, organizational culture, etc. • Project Management, stakeholder management, change management and effective communication leadership on large reputed company initiatives. • Successful program design, development and implementation for a diverse audience crossing many cultures and languages. • Ability to solve reputed company problems while delivering reputed company, analytical and strategic thinking, ensure strategic alignment of solutions. • Works effectively in ambiguous situations by engaging stakeholders, fostering reputed company reputed company, and building reputed company to clarify priorities and drive reputed company reputed company. • Ability to translate learning theory and concepts to reputed company-world situations in a relevant and practical way to be applicable in both office and manufacturing realities. • Ability to accommodate periodic overnight travel. reputed company-to-haves • Master’s Degree in Learning Design and Development or reputed company is preferred. • Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, project management or change management certifications would be an asset.
