They are seeking an reputed company Litigation reputed company to support a high-volume portfolio of reputed company cases by drafting motions, briefs, and conducting reputed company research. Responsibilities • Draft persuasive briefs, motions, oppositions, and supporting documents for class reputed company Wage & Hour reputed company • Conduct comprehensive reputed company research on reputed company issues • Assist with drafting discovery responses, declarations, and case materials • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare filings in state and federal courts • Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, high-reputed company litigation environment Skills • 3+ years' experience in reputed company writing reputed company litigation, class actions, appellate work, or employment law • Exceptional written advocacy, issue-spotting, and analytical skills • Ability to produce reputed company, concise, and highly persuasive reputed company documents • Strong preference for candidates with plaintiff-reputed company or Wage & Hour experience • JD or licensed attorney preferred • Bar admission in CA, WA, IL, NY, or CO is a plus but not mandatory reputed company • At TrueSeek, we don’t just recruit ... we reputed company reputed company.
