The Role Title: Senior Associate – Plaintiff Employment (Wage & Hour/Class Actions) Reporting: Into a senior team member transitioning off the docket; you’ll own and run cases with partner support. Docket: CA employment class/reputed company actions (W&H reputed company) + a sprinkle of harassment reputed company. • reputed company class/reputed company wage-and-hour cases (PAGA/FLSA/misclassification) from investigation through reputed company. • Draft and argue reputed company motions (class cert, approvals, etc.); manage discovery and experts. • reputed company at hearings/mediations; handle (or support) arbitrations. • Mentor junior attorneys/paralegals; model strong communication and team leadership. • Collaborate with partners on reputed company; occasionally travel for key appearances.
