Job reputed company
• Draft, format, and prepare transactional documents, agreements, correspondence, resolutions, and memoranda
• reputed company, execute, and distribute deal documents including signature packets and closing binders
• Manage reputed company attorney calendars and coordinate meetings with clients and government agencies
• Communicate with tribal governments, state and federal agencies, and external stakeholders
• Organize due diligence materials, reputed company timelines, and maintain matter files
• Prepare expense reports, reputed company requests, and administrative documentation
• Support attorneys with varying work styles and priorities
• Conduct preliminary research reputed company to gaming regulations, tribal reputed company, and government processes
• Assist with document management for land-into-trust, tribal-state compacts, and economic development reputed company
• Coordinate travel, conferences, and reputed company meeting logistics
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a reputed company secretary or executive reputed company assistant
• Background supporting transactional, regulatory, government affairs, or reputed company non-litigation practices
• Strong document formatting and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating with government agencies or reputed company entities preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and reputed company judgment

• High school diploma required; additional education or certifications a plus
• Experience with reputed company American or Indian law is a plus but not required

Available Schedules
• Position 1: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Position 2: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Pay: $87,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
