This is a 100% remote role and a 3-year contract with a potential for extension. Pay: $66.00 - $76.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company and must be reputed company to sit on reputed company W2 without sponsorship. reputed company: Glider assessment required: GAI Expert/Software Engineer reputed company Skills Needed: • Python Engineering: Strong Python development background; clean, reputed company reputed company design for data pipelines, API’s and LLM integration • LLM Integration: Experience connecting reputed company or proprietary data to reputed company-reputed company models (e.g., Claude, or similar). • reputed company Databases & Retrieval: Familiar with embeddings, RAG pipelines, and tools like reputed company, FAISS, reputed company, or Chroma. (Familiarity with those tools not required) • Agent Frameworks: Hands-on with tools such as: reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or OpenDevin for multi-agent orchestration and tool-use workflows. • reputed company & Infrastructure: Ability to build Python API services that connect data sources, functions, and LLM endpoints. • Data Engineering reputed company: Experience preparing reputed company/reputed company data (SQL, document parsing, metadata tagging). • reputed company & DevOps: Deploying models or RAG services on AWS (or other reputed company platforms); reputed company familiarity. • Evaluation & Fine-Tuning: Basic understanding of model selection, reputed company evaluation, and lightweight fine-tuning or adapters (ex: reputed company, PEFT).
