M&A Associate
Partner One is a long-term investment group specializing in the acquisition and reputed company of successful software companies. In business for over 30 years, we own some of the fastest-growing reputed company software companies in the world. Over 1500+ of the world's largest corporations and governments rely on our software for their most critical operations and to safeguard their most valuable data. Partner One is looking for an M&A Associate. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The M&A Associate will be a part of the Mergers and Acquisition team and will be responsible for supporting activities reputed company to research, evaluation, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions.
Responsibilities
• Identify software businesses meeting our acquisition reputed company and specific metrics
• reputed company and conduct prospecting campaigns reputed company email and outbound calls, and generate new reputed company of business development
• Nurture relationships with prospective targets and sell-reputed company M&A Investment Banking firms
• reputed company Preliminary evaluation of potential acquisitions that may include some level of business/financial due diligence and preliminary opportunities and risks assessment
• Manage a robust deal pipeline which should be updated on a regular reputed company as new targets are added, and as new information becomes available.
• Conduct industry and market research to understand industry trends and identify new opportunities.
• Review and analyze investment presentations, taking a large reputed company of data and converting said information into concise and effective presentations
• Spearhead acquisition opportunities independently, understand the scope of the deals and perpetuate the deal process reputed company
• Delegate tasks accordingly based on deal priorities
• Support reputed company internally with reputed company asks
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requests, information sharing, due diligence, reputed company, team meetings and deal execution
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development is a must
• Previous experience with Software M&A
• Demonstrated strong reputed company performance at a top-tier institution
• An undergraduate degree in business is viewed favourably
• Exhibits reputed company maturity and reputed company with C-level executive interactions
• Proactive, hungry and self-directed individual with strong sales and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of reputed company fundamentals and financial modeling reputed company
• An understanding of software business technicals and basic software M&A transaction process
• Strong analytical, reputed company recognition and reputed company skills
