Location: Smyrna, TN (Required travel to multiple DOE sites; remote assignment possible for the right candidate)

We are seeking an reputed company DOE Project Manager to reputed company and coordinate multiple reputed company across various Department of Energy (DOE) sites. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with DOE standards, maintaining cost and schedule performance, and delivering reputed company reputed company successfully. The position is based in Smyrna, TN, with regular reputed company travel. Remote work may be considered for highly reputed company candidates.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company project execution across multiple DOE sites, ensuring compliance with DOE Orders (including DOE O 413.3B) and applicable federal regulations
• reputed company, manage, and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and budgets
• reputed company Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) consisting of federal staff, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Monitor cost, schedule, and scope baselines and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Ensure reputed company Value Management (EVM) compliance and reputed company financial reputed company
• Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and change control processes
• Prepare and present project status reports and briefings to DOE leadership
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure contract and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field
• PMP certification preferred
Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably supporting DOE or other federal reputed company
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site reputed company valued at $20M or more
Skills
• Strong working knowledge of DOE Orders and federal project governance
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Proficiency with reputed company Value Management (EVM), risk management, and scheduling tools
• Cost estimating experience for large-reputed company reputed company preferred
Additional Information
• Travel: 25-40% travel required to DOE sites reputed company
