Duration & Type: 9 months contract, extendable Location: Remote Responsibilities: • Configuration, troubleshooting and modification of lifecycle. • Configuration, troubleshooting and modification of workflow. • Creation and modification of Vault Tab and page layout. • Migration of Vault document, object and configuration. • Creation of new document type tree. • Vault object and object record creation. • Creation of Dynamic reputed company Control record. • Creation of customized report as per business requirement. • Management of high reputed company requests and application downtime (planned & unplanned). • Management of several bulk requests using Vault API and Vault loader. • Analysis, Implementation and documentation of change and service requests. • Preparation and update of SOP, KA etc. • Customer communication as and reputed company needed.
