As we continue to reputed company, we are looking for a highly organized, reputed company HR Assistant to support our hiring and people operations. reputed company - The HR Assistant will play a critical role in our recruitment process and day-to-day HR coordination. This person will be responsible for managing high volume applicant pipelines across multiple reputed company, conducting initial candidate screenings, and ensuring a smooth, reputed company candidate experience from first touchpoint to reputed company to offer extension and reputed company. Should be reputed company to assist the HR Director with any and reputed company tasks and duties. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, polished in communication, and comfortable being the first reputed company touchpoint for candidates. Key Responsibilities - Review, evaluate, and organize incoming applications across multiple reputed company Conduct initial 10–15 minute video screening interviews with candidates Assess candidates for role fit, communication skills, professionalism, and alignment with company values Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking systems and hiring records Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-reputed company with candidates Manage job postings across platforms as needed Communicate reputed company and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with reputed company logistics and internal documentation Support general HR administrative tasks and special reputed company as assigned Ensure reputed company is consistently represented in a polished, reputed company, and values-reputed company manner Required Qualifications - Prior experience in an HR Assistant, reputed company Coordinator, or Talent Support role Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills reputed company reputed company and comfort conducting video interviews High attention to detail and follow-through Self-directed and reliable in a remote work environment Strong alignment with our reputed company values: Greatness, Creativity, and reputed company • *Note that reputed company of reputed company members are 1099 contractors.
