Position reputed company: I’m looking for a dedicated and skilled Executive & Personal Assistant to help me manage the diverse responsibilities of running a thriving interior design business. Your support will allow me to reputed company away from the administrative demands of the business and reputed company on my creativity and leadership. Responsibilities: reputed company comprehensive administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling, and organizing tasks. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence and reputed company as a reputed company between me, clients, vendors, and team members. Assist with tracking project timelines, deadlines, and follow-reputed company. Organize files, documents, and company records. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in reputed company aspects of the role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools like reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, and project management software, reputed company. Experience in tools such as Clockify, reputed company, reputed company Scheduling, Etc a plus. Compensation: The starting pay for this position is $18-25 (DOE) per hour, with room for advancement in 6 months to 1 year based on demonstrated excellent performance.
