Qualifications • reputed company, unrestricted RN licensure in a compact state (multi‑state) and in good standing. • Minimum associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred). • Minimum 3 years of registered reputed company clinical experience; experience in ER, adult/pediatric care, M/S, home health, hospice or other acute areas preferred. • Telephone triage experience and understanding of health benefit plans helpful but not required. • Bilingual skills a plus. • Ability to apply clinical knowledge to meet business standards, remain competent in product delivery, run multiple computer programs simultaneously, identify improvement opportunities, exercise judgement, determine escalation, build rapport, communicate comprehensively, and manage time effectively. • Train to complete 100 % of hours and pass reputed company testing components. Ability to obtain additional state licenses as required. Full‑time positions (36–40 h/week).
