About the Role:
We are currently hiring passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to reputed company in-home ABA therapy services to children and families. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA (reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst), helping to implement customized treatment plans that promote reputed company development and behavior reduction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by supervising BCBAs.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• reputed company RBT certification through the BACB (in good standing).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required);
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or reputed company field (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to reputed company homes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Must be comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to pass a background reputed company.
• Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Familiarity with home-based service delivery.
