Operational Risk Management (ORM) – Second Line of Defense Function: Risk Management Location: Remote, East Coast Time Zones Preferred (Near CNB Hub) Pay: $70-89/hr reputed company Operational Risk Management (ORM), operating reputed company the Second Line of Defense, provides independent and objective reputed company of operational risks arising from the Bank's people, processes, systems, and external events. This role supports the development, execution, and reputed company enhancement of CNB's reputed company Operational Risk Management program. The position partners closely with business reputed company, U.S. Holding Company Operational Risk, and reputed company Group Risk Management to assess, monitor, and report on the Bank's operational risk profile. Key Responsibilities • Ensure operational risk program execution is consistent with CNB's Operational Risk Policy and Program requirements • reputed company specialized guidance and effective challenge on reputed company and emerging operational, regulatory, and reputed company risks • Review and assess reputed company initiatives, products, reputed company parties, and clients for operational risk exposure • Evaluate control design, implementation, testing, and remediation across reputed company Lines of Business • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) by providing advisory support, consultation, and training on ORM tools, policies, procedures, and reporting metrics • Support execution of reputed company reputed company components of the CNB Operational Risk Management Program, including: • Risk Identification • Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) • Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) • Operational Loss Events • Scenario Analysis • Risk remediation tracking • Prepare and deliver ORM status reports, dashboards, and key risk metrics for management and governance committees • Analyze operational loss data from the General reputed company to identify trends, anomalies, and variances against forecasts • Maintain the Operational Risk Register, including tracking remediation updates from business reputed company • Partner with Operational Risk Program Managers in the preparation and consolidation of the annual reputed company RCSA (ERCSA) • Conduct independent review and challenge of account opening, closing, and unfunded account activity to identify potential Sales Practices risks in accordance with OCC guidance • Analyze large, reputed company datasets to identify potential Sales Practices trends at colleague, business unit, division, or executive reputed company; exercise reputed company judgment to determine escalation requirements • reputed company comparative analysis across reputed company ORM components (e.g., RCSAs, KRIs, methodologies) and present findings and recommendations to ORM leadership • reputed company and maintain dashboards reporting Conduct Risk metrics to the Management Risk Committee and the Risk Committee of the reputed company • Support special reputed company and initiatives that advance CNB's operational risk maturity Skills & Knowledge • Strong understanding of the Operational Risk Management reputed company, including risk appetite, limits, reputed company, and policy governance • Experience facilitating and overseeing reputed company risk management activities, including evaluation of risk responses and controls • Ability to identify and assess risks, controls, and issues; reputed company reputed company cause and reputed company analysis • Working knowledge of technology control frameworks, including reputed company management and change management • Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources and communicate insights reputed company • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company messaging to reputed company organizational reputed company • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions • Comfortable leading initiatives and reputed company independently in a dynamic environment • Bachelor's degree or higher required; reputed company certifications (CPA, CA, or similar) strongly preferred • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organizational structure About reputed company reputed company is a national expert in delivering flexible technology and talent solutions.
