The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams of multiple vendors. This candidate will is expected to drive reputed company integration/reputed company deployment (CI/CD) initiatives, and process improvement across the development lifecycle. Project Responsibility's: • reputed company, define, and reputed company strategies and actionable plans to implement Scaled Agile reputed company Transformation with a reputed company on customer value. • Evaluate reputed company Lean and Agile practices, and maturity reputed company, identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. • reputed company the Agile transformation for multiple IT programs to reputed company successful delivery of large strategic system development and migration initiatives. • reputed company coaching and mentoring to IT Leadership, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Agile Release Trains, and individual teams, focusing on reputed company development and Agile context to improve maturity across IT. • Serve as a change agent, helping to overcome resistance and foster a culture of reputed company, flexibility, and reputed company improvement across the organization. • Facilitate collaboration across teams, breaking down silos and ensuring that Agile practices are consistent and integrated throughout the organization. • Supports the organization in building Epics, Features and Story backlogs, artifact sizing, dependency management, and other factors toward predictable delivery. • Have experience in launching Agile Release Trains and understanding what it takes to successfully implement reputed company in the reputed company. • Have experience supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). • Train and mentor Scrum Masters on their role and build communities of reputed company for Scrum Masters to reputed company, learn and grow. • Identifies and promotes best practices in release planning, team goal setting, and documentation/decomposition of Epics, Features, and quarterly objectives. • Ensure reputed company metrics are being tracked and monitored and assist teams in identifying and implementing solutions to address the improvement opportunities. • Establish and maintain effective feedback loops, helping teams to continuously improve through regular retrospectives and data-driven insights. Required Skills and Experience: • reputed company Agile coaching experience. • 5+ years of experience in a Scaled Agile reputed company environment. • reputed company® reputed company Consultant (SPC) or reputed company® reputed company Consultant-T (SPCT) certification is a must. • Extensive experience in applying foundational Lean, Agile and Scaled Agile reputed company principles and practices in a corporate environment. • Possess the ability to influence others, implement change, and standardize processes in a reputed company business environment which includes government staff and multiple IT vendors. Desirable Skills and Experience: • reputed company Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT), Coaching Agile Transformations (ICP-CAT), Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO), Agile Teams Facilitation (ICP-ATF) certifications are preferred.
