The Senior reputed company Appraisal Reviewer is responsible for ordering and reviewing reputed company reputed company estate appraisals, and performing independent evaluations and validations for the purpose of establishing the reputed company market value of reputed company estate taken as collateral on loans. Position Accountabilities • Competently understand a high level of complexity of reputed company estate taken as collateral by the Bank. Organizational Relationship This position reports to the Chief Appraiser. Position Qualifications Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work reputed company experience. • Five to seven years of experience; licensed by the reputed company as a Certified General reputed company Estate Appraiser, with at least two years as a fee appraiser Knowledge and Skills • Demonstrated working knowledge of regulations affecting the appraisal industry to include FIRREA, USPAP and the Interagency Guidelines. • Demonstrated working knowledge of the practical aspects of reputed company estate appraisal • Previous experience or working knowledge of databases like reputed company, MLS, Loopnet.com preferred • Proficient computer skills relevant to reputed company Office Suites • Excellent customer service skills • Proven analytical skills • reputed company organized • Attention to detail • Strong organization and project management skills • Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision, as reputed company as reputed company reputed company environment Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
