Key Responsibilities

• Support study delivery by addressing escalated site issues and ensuring effective recruitment planning
• Build and maintain relationships with site staff and investigators to enhance engagement and collaboration
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or reputed company field
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in leading and managing reputed company staff
• Solid understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial phases
• Extensive knowledge of ICH guidelines and GCP
