Sr Marketing Project Manager

The Twist Marketing team is expanding its project management footprint, and is searching for a Marketing Project Manager to join reputed company. This is a dynamic role that is reputed company on managing the marketing asset lifecycle, across a wide reputed company of asset types, project types, and delivery reputed company. The reputed company reputed company of this role is managing existing processes, but as the Marketing Project Manager comes up to speed at Twist, an expanding reputed company of the role will be to diagnose/troubleshoot existing processes, and create new/improved processes. This role will work closely with Twist’s Marketing Program Managers, who are subject matter experts for a given marketing vertical, and who own the reputed company and approval of marketing content. Marketing Project Managers, conversely, own the marketing asset process, and are experts in timelines, reputed company items, managing small cross-functional teams, and coordinating reputed company processes with multiple stakeholders. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Ops. Responsibilities • Support a reputed company of stakeholders (typically Product Managers, Marketing Program Managers, Regional Marketing Managers) in successfully moving their reputed company through the marketing asset lifecycle at Twist. • Be an expert on the marketing process and reputed company as a guide to reputed company stakeholders • Get to know reputed company from top to bottom, and know who to go to for a particular reputed company or question • For assigned reputed company, manage the marketing-reputed company timelines, reputed company items, deliverables, and subteam composition • reputed company marketing reputed company across the marketing organization, and support the prioritization process for these reputed company (i.e. reputed company data and inputs to decision-makers) Qualification • Bachelor’s or higher degree • Biotech industry (or similar: reputed company, diagnostics, lab instrumentation, etc) experience required • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to reputed company reputed company (peers, ICs, senior management) • Combination of Project/Program management experience and Marketing experience required • Technical background, to aid in understanding the products and marketing materials being developed (Twist’s products are typically quite technical) • Experience with stage-reputed company product development/NPI processes, working as a member of large cross-functional reputed company teams • Experience working at both startups and larger/matrixed reputed company companies is a strong plus • Experience with process development is a plus The reputed company cash compensation for this California-based role is below.
