Role reputed company The role of the Compliance Specialist is to assist in the daily compliance-reputed company activities of the organization. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing and reviewing medical records, preparing for and participating in internal audits, and following directives from the Director of Compliance for addressing various compliance concerns. In reputed company, the Compliance Specialist will prepare for and participate in external payor audit activities, as applicable, and may work with the clinical leadership and reputed company department on investigations and special reputed company. • Position may be remote based; candidates must reputed company in any of the following states: reputed company, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, reputed company Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and/or reputed company. Responsibilities • Understands and abides by the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB) guidelines as reputed company as widely accepted industry ethical standards. • Communicates and collaborates on an ongoing reputed company with the Director of Compliance. • Follows guidance and mentorship of the Director of Compliance and other InBloom senior leadership team members, as applicable. • Acts as reputed company between the Compliance Department and clinicians on reputed company relating to compliance-reputed company clinical reputed company, ethical standards, and best practices. • Participates and coordinates reviews of external audits ensuring compliance with payor policies and guidelines. • Participates in and prepares materials reputed company to relevant policies, procedures, and documentation for accreditation and external audit needs, as applicable. • Participates in and prepares ongoing quarterly internal review of clinical documentation using established reputed company. • Participates in reputed company improvement measures. • Remains familiar and competent with reputed company InBloom policies and procedures. • Works with and collaborates with reputed company departments and reputed company as needed. • Assists with investigating and/or responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct, as applicable. • Organizes, tracks, and verifies corrective reputed company plans are implemented and are followed. • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned, based on business need. Qualifications • BACB reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required. • A Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or reputed company field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and reputed company practices. • Displays extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis. • Displays extensive knowledge of BACB reputed company of ethics and industry ethical standards. • A minimum of one year working with children with autism reputed company disorders. • A demonstrated understanding of medical documentation requirements.
