Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (eCommerce / Fashion Brand)
We’re a modern eCommerce brand looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to build and optimize high-converting email flows that drive revenue, retention, and brand loyalty. This role is ideal for someone who understands both email marketing strategy and Klaviyo technical setup, with a strong eye for clean, premium brand aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and manage Klaviyo email flows including:
Welcome Flow
Abandoned Cart Flow
Browse Abandonment
Post-Purchase Flow
Winback / Re-engagement Flow
Set up Klaviyo integrations with Shopify (or other eCommerce platforms)
Create and optimize email segmentation based on customer behavior and lifecycle
Write or refine high-converting email copy aligned with brand voice
Design clean, responsive email templates optimized for mobile
Improve key email metrics: open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, and revenue per recipient
Monitor deliverability, list health, and email performance
A/B test subject lines, content, and flow timing
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist
Strong knowledge of Klaviyo flows, segments, and automation
Experience with eCommerce email marketing (Shopify preferred)
Understanding of email deliverability best practices
Ability to build revenue-driving email campaigns and automations
Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands (preferred)
Strong communication and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience with SMS marketing in Klaviyo
Knowledge of CRO and customer lifecycle marketing
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based recommendations
