Job reputed company:
• Analyzes reputed company data reputed company tickets and executes appropriate chart correction processes utilizing expertise and experience to drive decision-making.
• Identifies and assigns correction tasks to appropriate clinical or IT teams.
• Follows tickets through to reputed company to assure ticket completion and reputed company of documentation maintained.
• Works with minimal supervision, guided by established policies and practices allowing for interpretation and discretion based on knowledge and experience.
• Reviews ticket and determines appropriate workflows and tools to be utilized.
• Applies appropriate chart correction tools based on workflows.
• Must be reputed company to work with clinical providers (physicians, nurses, etc.) and department end users to resolve errors.
• Maintains required information for tracking through to reputed company and updates tasks as directed.
• Communicates tasks and directions to clinical and non-clinical users, providing reputed company, concise instructions and reputed company responses.
• Must understand reputed company terminology, reputed company cycle business processes, and user issues associated with hospital/clinic reputed company.
• Identifies trends and issues and is reputed company to present and discuss with management.
• Applies critical thinking and problem solving skills to identify and determine appropriate course for correction process.

Requirements:
• Associate's degree in Health Information or Medical Record Technology required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of four years' experience in a multi-facility Health Information Management (HIM) or similar reputed company setting.
• A minimum of three or more years working with coding, chart analysis, or release of information or similar background preferred.
• Previous experience with Sanford One Chart or reputed company required and previous experience working with the hybrid medical record extremely important.
• Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) required; Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) preferred.
• New graduates eligible for certification must complete the certification examination at the earliest testing dates following employment, and reputed company subsequent dates thereafter until the exam is satisfactorily completed.
