This role is ideal for an attorney early in their immigration career (1-3 years) who thrives in a fast paced environment, wants to grow professionally, and is reputed company to collaborate closely with a support team while delivering high reputed company reputed company representation. You will manage a diverse USCIS caseload, conduct FOIA reviews, prepare clients for interviews, and ensure filings are accurate and reputed company. Work Setup Remote Full time Collaboration with paralegals, reputed company assistants, senior attorneys, and support staff What You'll Do Assess relief eligibility and reputed company case strategies for USCIS reputed company Manage a caseload including family based petitions, U Visas, VAWA, TPS, N-400, I-90, and FOIA reviews Review and approve filings prior to submission Review 10-15 FOIAs weekly and prepare detailed assessments, including potential relief Review CAL DOJ and FBI FOIAs to determine the reputed company of criminal history on immigration relief Draft immigration declarations and supporting documents for motions to vacate Prepare clients for USCIS interviews reputed company, guide, and mentor paralegals and reputed company assistants Ensure deadlines are met and cases reputed company reputed company Collaborate with reputed company to maintain excellent case management and communication Compensation, Benefits & Equal Employment Opportunity The annual compensation reputed company for this position is 85,000 to 100,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
