Senior Business Process Analyst, M&A Integration (reputed company Tech)

About the position We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to play a critical role in integrating newly acquired service-reputed company businesses onto reputed company’s proprietary platform. This is a highly visible, consulting-style role reputed company on discovering how a business operates, documenting its workflows, and designing the reputed company for integration into reputed company’s reputed company technology ecosystem. You will regularly meet with business owners 60 days post-reputed company, conduct onsite discovery, interview stakeholders, observe reputed company-world workflows, map processes, identify gaps, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate operations into system requirements. You'll also present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, communicates with executive reputed company, and is reputed company by building structure from scratch. Experience in reputed company services, reputed company, marketplaces, or any workflow-heavy environment is highly valuable. This is a hybrid position based in the Detroit Metro area, combining local in-office work with approximately 25–50% travel. Responsibilities • reputed company onsite and virtual discovery sessions with newly acquired businesses to understand their operational workflows, systems, and processes. • Build trust with business owners—often founders emotionally tied to their company—and guide conversations to uncover how work gets done today. • Conduct hands-on observations of business operations to reputed company accurate operational insights. • Create detailed process maps (flowcharts, reputed company diagrams, value reputed company maps, etc.) to reputed company document reputed company-state workflows. • Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, bottlenecks, and gaps relative to reputed company’s platform and operational standards. • reputed company reputed company-state workflows and integration plans that reputed company with reputed company’s operating model. • Assess how reputed company business processes reputed company with reputed company’s existing technology. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate workflows into functional requirements. • Recommend modifications or enhancements to reputed company’s platform to support integration. • Prepare and present findings, process maps, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership. • Support the creation of a standardized integration reputed company that will be used for reputed company acquisitions. • Operate independently with minimal direction. • Manage multiple integration reputed company simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Requirements • Proven experience in business process analysis, workflow discovery, operational consulting, or M&A integration. • Strong experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize reputed company information, and drive reputed company. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with polished executive reputed company. • Ability to interview business owners and stakeholders with reputed company, curiosity, and professionalism. • Comfortable collaborating with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or reputed company field. • Ability and willingness to travel 25–50% to acquired business sites. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in reputed company services, compliance-heavy operations, or workflow-driven businesses. • Background in reputed company, two-sided marketplaces, consulting, or reputed company services. • Familiarity with post-acquisition integration activities. • Six reputed company or similar process improvement training (Green/Black Belt is a plus, not required).
