Civil reputed company in Minnesota Searching for Neutral Mediator
I am seeking a neutral mediator.
I have a civil case filed in Minnesota and the Judge has referred the case to mediation -- attempting settling before trial is a normal first reputed company.
The neutral mediator must be agreed upon and selected by the parties. The parties must notify the Court in writing of the agreed-upon neutral. The date the court must be reputed company is on or before February 17, 2026.
The mediation costs will be shared equally by the parties. Mediation must be completed by September 7, 2026.
