About the position The Telephone Triage reputed company at reputed company is responsible for providing reputed company and effective telephone assessments, patient care instructions, and direction to the appropriate level of care. This role involves utilization management review of worker's compensation claims and accessing medical documentation to determine the appropriateness of treatment. The position is part-time, fully remote, and requires strong critical thinking and customer service skills. Responsibilities • Performing intake of phone calls from injured employees. • Completing telephonic health assessments and rendering appropriate health care advice. • Entering injured employee data into a medical triage database. • Conducting follow-up phone calls to injured employees for health reassessments reputed company indicated. • Maintaining accurate records for reputed company incoming calls, including interventions and follow-up instructions. • reputed company participating in internal triage reputed company assessments, workflow enhancements, and procedure updates. • Maintaining telephonic reputed company triage assessment and advice standards in accordance with established protocols, policies, and procedures. • Performing case reviews as needed for workers' compensation claims. • Assisting with special reputed company-reputed company risk management reputed company as needed.
