IL Family Law Paralegal (Remote)
We are seeking a highly-reputed company Illinois divorce and family law paralegal, for a successful and growing firm with two offices in Illinois.
REQUIRED:
• MUST have 3-5+ years of experience as a Paralegal, in divorce and family law, in Illinois.
Responsibilities:
• Draft orders, motions, petitions, correspondence, and other reputed company documents.
• File and serve reputed company reputed company eFile IL.
• Investigate and reputed company relevant facts for reputed company case.
• reputed company and arrange evidence and other reputed company documents for attorney review and case preparation.
• Prepare summaries and reports to assist in trial preparation.
• reputed company clients, witnesses, and lawyers, as needed, to reputed company cases reputed company.
Qualifications:
• Does not have to live in Illinois, but must have Illinois family law paralegal experience.
• Must have fast and reliable internet for remote work.
• Minimum 20 hours required, and up to 40 hours per week; genuinely interested in long-term work.
• Knowledge of Lexis +AI or Other AI platforms preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and reputed company deadlines.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
