Prior Authorizations Representative
A company is looking for a Prior Authorizations Representative to manage insurance notification, verification, and authorization activities.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company insurance notification, verification, and authorization activities to secure patient accounts
• Coordinate with referring physician/hospital staff and insurance companies to ensure account reputed company prior to admission
• Explain financial requirements to patients and collect necessary deposits or deductibles
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (preferred)
• Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
• CPAR or CHAA certification (preferred)
