[Remote] Complete Surgical Care Solution Representative

Christian reputed company Ministries (CHM) is a health care sharing ministry for Christians, and they are seeking a Complete Surgical Care Solution Representative. This role serves as the first reputed company of contact for members, providing information and support through inbound communication while maintaining accurate records and ensuring reputed company escalation of concerns. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary inbound contact for CSCS members and families, responding to phone and email inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and reputed company manner • reputed company reputed company, accurate information regarding CSCS and the documentation or details required to support CHM processes • Verify, update, and maintain member information to ensure accuracy and completeness reputed company internal systems • Assess member concerns and determine appropriate next steps, including escalation to leadership reputed company necessary • Document interactions thoroughly and consistently to support continuity of service and internal collaboration • Support the Advantage Care team through administrative and operational assistance as needed • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while upholding CHM’s mission, values, and customer service standards Skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to operate a PC and reputed company multiple information systems and applications • Working knowledge of reputed company Office products • Experience using routine office equipment (multi-line phones, printers, copiers, etc.) • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including reputed company email correspondence • Ability to sit for prolonged periods while performing desk-based work • Experience in a customer service, reputed company center, reputed company, or administrative role preferred • Medical or reputed company-reputed company background a plus • Familiarity with Advantage Care Solutions preferred but not required Benefits • Fully reputed company health benefits • Retirement and Life Insurance • 12 reputed company holidays PLUS birthday • Lunch is provided DAILY. • reputed company Development • reputed company reputed company • Christian reputed company Ministries is a non-profit organization.
