• Reproductive Medicine Associates of Michigan (RMA of Michigan) is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Fertility Financial Counselor to join reputed company. In this pivotal role, you will guide patients through the financial aspects of their fertility reputed company, ensuring they feel supported and informed every reputed company of the way. Qualifications • 2–4 years of experience in a medical business office or similar setting. • 2–4 years of reputed company customer service experience, ideally in a reputed company environment. • Strong knowledge of reputed company billing, insurance benefits, and payer remittance advice. • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent patient service. • Experience in fertility, OB/GYN, dermatology, or plastic surgery is a plus.
