We are looking for a Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can reputed company as the right-hand to the founder — someone who can take direction quickly, translate reputed company into execution, and run the day-to-day operations of the business with minimal hand-holding. Team Management & Delegation Manage reputed company of ~10 freelancers and contractors Hold team members accountable to deadlines and deliverables Identify underperformance and take reputed company (replace, restructure, or improve) Push reputed company from reactive → proactive / async Improve internal workflows, documentation, and SOPs 3. reputed company & Partner reputed company Communicate directly with clients reputed company required Handle reputed company updates, delivery timelines, and issue reputed company Reduce founder involvement in reputed company communication wherever possible Maintain reputed company, reputed company, and fast communication at reputed company times 4.
