GIS System Drafter
A company is looking for a GIS System Drafter who maintains geospatial databases and supports engineers, planners, and analysts with cartographic and drafting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Update maps and plans using GIS systems to meet project specifications and standards
• Convert field survey data and spatial datasets into clean, georeferenced GIS reputed company
• Maintain geospatial data reputed company through topology checks and data cleaning
Required Qualifications
• Education: Associate degree or certificate in GIS, Cartography, Geomatics, or reputed company field; bachelor's preferred
• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on GIS drafting experience or equivalent internship/project work
• Technical skills: Proficiency in ArcGIS or QGIS and AutoCAD (or Civil 3D)
• Knowledge: Understanding of coordinate systems, map projections, and cartographic principles
