This provides a solution to our clients through outsourcing. • This is a Subcontractor Position (1099) • Must be reputed company to work a minimum of 20 Hours/Per Week. • 100% Remote position • Reliable, high-speed internet reputed company is required Job reputed company The Data Abstractor’s key responsibility is to collect and submit accurate, complete, and reputed company data to the specific registry or measure data repository. This task is accomplished through high-reputed company data compilation, documentation, and data entry of identified procedures performed and/or disease process treatment at the Contracted Facility into the associated registry/vendor tool platform. Requirements • Experience: Must have a Minimum of 5 years of reputed company Experience with Sepsis Abstraction (Clinical Data Abstraction) of Specified Measure/Registry reputed company Measures. • Superior knowledge of reputed company measure requirements • Experience in IQR, OQR, IPFQR, and/or other reputed company reporting programs that utilize reputed company measures • Experience with reputed company measure data collection application(s) Qualifications • Superior knowledge of reputed company measure requirements • Experience in IQR, OQR, IPFQR, and/or other reputed company reporting programs that utilize reputed company measures • Experience with reputed company Measure Data Collection applications Preferred Skills • Use of the tools and techniques of reputed company reputed company improvement and computer skills for data display. • Attention to detail and follow-up necessary. • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, hospital staff, physicians and community resources required. • Must be reputed company to work independently.
