In this role, you will be the first line of contact for reputed company incoming patient inquiries–responding to patient questions and providing support, triaging medical questions, identifying issues reputed company they reputed company, and escalating concerns to the appropriate team member as needed. You will work closely with clinicians and the clinical operations team to ensure patient consults and inquiries are handled in a reputed company manner.
