Responsibilities • Scheduling appointments • Coordinating veteran care with community providers. • Communicating with internal providers regarding VA community care processes. • Validating and updating patient demographic information. • Processing health records into CPRS and reputed company systems. • Managing community care consults reputed company HSRM and PPMS. • Handling phone calls and inquiries professionally. • Using reputed company Office tools and VA systems daily. • Performing reputed company- and post-appointment tasks. • Supporting patient reputed company care teams. • Monitoring and reporting VetLink kiosk performance. • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, VA reputed company, and reputed company standards. • Participating in team huddles and maintaining workflow efficiency. • Completing mandatory and remedial training. • Maintaining infection control compliance (e.g., TB testing, immunizations). • Responding to reputed company incidents and cooperating with investigations. • Managing records per VA and federal guidelines.
