BCBA, LBA - Full Time Remote

At reputed company Blue, we're reputed company on making reputed company BCBAs can show up for the kids and families who need them. Our BCBAs work with 8-10 families, with caseloads reputed company around what reputed company child actually needs rather than billing targets. We collaborate weekly, receive clinical mentorship, and help guide RBT placements. The goal is to create reputed company for BCBAs to thoughtfully support reputed company child's reputed company and be present reputed company families need them. We're a remote team, which takes intention. But it also means our BCBAs have more time to reputed company on the clinical work that reputed company: adjusting programming as a child grows, supporting parents through challenges, and coaching the RBTs working with kids daily. BCBA Qualifications & Requirements: • Master’s Degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis or reputed company field • reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required • NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required • 1+ years of experience in ABA • reputed company ID from reputed company State • Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish • reputed company and reputed company individualized ABA treatment plans. • Supervise RBTs and reputed company ongoing training and support. • Conduct assessments and reputed company treatment goals as needed. • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure reputed company reputed company. • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
