Social Media Producer
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Producer to join Amplify in New York City This is a hands-on role at the intersection of creativity, production, and social media culture. The successful candidate will help ideate, produce, and deliver social-first content that inspires and educates creators worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Production
• Turn briefs into innovative, social-first ideas tailored for TikTok and other platforms.
• Organise, manage, and produce shoots across the East Coast with the ability to handle other markets from time to time.
• Support in writing copy, storyboarding, and crafting creator-led formats.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work collaboratively and directly with cross functional TikTok teams to help bring projects (creator-led productions, social ideas, event coverage etc) to life from inception to delivery
• Manage approvals with key stakeholders at both Amplify and TikTok.
• manage timelines, leading alignment meetings, recaps
Creative & Strategic Input
• Spot cultural moments and trends that can inform fresh content ideas.
• Contribute to brainstorms and pitch decks with creative insights.
• Track and analyse content performance, preparing reports and insights for TikTok and Amplify.
What We’re Looking For
• Deep understanding of social platform (especially TikTok)and what makes content relevant, shareable, and trendsetting.
• Experience producing content from concept through to delivery (shoots, editing coordination, approvals, publishing).
• High EQ with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail; able to juggle multiple moving parts at once.
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, whether coordinating logistics, jumping in on set, or managing feedback rounds.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
