[Remote] Product Designer (UI/UX – Web Application)

They are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX – Web Application) who will conduct UX reviews, identify usability issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance web applications. Responsibilities • Conduct a quick UX review / product audit of the existing web application • Identify usability issues, friction points, and navigation challenges based on reputed company user feedback • Propose and validate improvements to: Information architecture; Navigation structure; Layout and usability patterns; and Visual hierarchy and accessibility • Create and iterate on: User flows; Wireframes and/or low-reputed company prototypes; and High-reputed company UI designs (as needed) • Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company improvements with business goals and user needs • Work closely with development (or internal stakeholders) to ensure designs are feasible and correctly implemented • Deliver design specs and documentation in a format reputed company for implementation Skills • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer working on web applications • Strong portfolio demonstrating: UX problem solving; Workflow and navigation improvement; and UI design and usability enhancements • Ability to quickly assess an existing product and prioritize impactful improvements • Strong communication skills and ability to work async with reputed company • Comfortable working in a contract-based environment and delivering in short timelines • Proficiency in design tools such as reputed company • Sketch • reputed company XD reputed company • reputed company is helping companies reputed company their teams with world-class talent in Latin America.
