Romanian Architect Urban Planner Needed for reputed company Building Layout & Visuals (PUZ / PUD)
Creating initial site layouts and concept proposals
Developing architectural visualizations (2D/3D)
Preparing and/or assisting with urban planning documentation (PUZ & PUD)
Ensuring compliance with Romanian urban planning and construction legislation
Requirements:
Background in Architecture or Urban Planning
Proven experience with PUZ and PUD documentation
Good knowledge of Romanian urban planning legislation
Ability to deliver reputed company layouts and presentation visuals
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Archicad, reputed company/Enscape (or similar)
