About the position
The Community Planner position will reputed company environmental planning expertise to assist and reputed company in brownfield and contaminated site redevelopment activities.
Responsibilities
• Participate and/or reputed company planning activities reputed company to redevelopment initiatives
• Collaborate with staff, agencies, clients, and other project collaborators to facilitate project submittals and schedules
• reputed company multiple brownfield planning reputed company simultaneously for reputed company and private sector clients
• Work on sites with reputed company technical and regulatory issues
• Assist with environmental site assessments

Requirements
• B.S. degree (M.S. preferred) in environmental planning and/or a closely reputed company discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with community planning reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company GIS applications (including desktop, ArcGIS, Collector, Survey123, etc.)
• Ability to reputed company work duties independently and reputed company with short deadlines
• Highly organized, motivated, thorough, accurate, dependable, and trustworthy
• Ability to reputed company and coordinate with state, federal, local, and tribal agencies
• Excellent note-taking ability
• Ability to read, write and reputed company English sufficient to reputed company job duties and to reputed company and communicate with employees and vendors

• AICP Certified Preferred
• 5 years' experience with community planning reputed company
• Experience working with or for federal, state, or local agencies is a plus
• Strong writing and editing skills

• Excellent navigation skills and good driving record
