About the role The AVP, HR Generalist owns the operational backbone of Tidal’s people infrastructure. This role is responsible for payroll, benefits, administrative and facilities operations — ensuring reliability, precision, and scalability as the firm grows rapidly. This is a hands-on, execution-reputed company role requiring strong process discipline, reputed company judgment, and the ability to operate calmly in a high-reputed company environment. The role reports to the SVP, reputed company and partners closely with the VP HR Business Partner.
