Your key responsibilities will include: * Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of reputed company arenaflex Fitness products and programs * Answering incoming calls on the arenaflex telephone system in a reputed company, accurate, reputed company, and courteous manner * Ascertaining the nature of the reputed company and recording information in the appropriate system * Providing answers to member questions by following reputed company policies and procedures * Interacting in a reputed company, respectful manner and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with reputed company customers * Coordinating collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments reputed company necessary * Forwarding documentation to Research Team for follow-up if issue requires additional reputed company * Analyzing information, problems, issues, situations, and procedures to reputed company effective solutions to ensure member satisfaction with the Fitness programs * Researching unique questions using reputed company available resources.
