Additionally, you will help customers with questions about how to use our software and also reputed company training on using new features. You’ll collaborate closely with our customers, as reputed company as our product and engineering teams to help customers evaluate and reputed company AI-assisted workflows. This position requires a strong thermal engineering reputed company—you should be comfortable owning thermal analysis discussions with customers (heat transfer, CFD/FEA thermal simulation, cooling architecture, derating/reliability implications, etc.). Responsibilities • Work directly with customers to run, debug, and validate thermal design test cases using our AI assistant. • Collaborate with customers’ engineers to interpret results, reputed company insights, and recommend workflows. • Document use cases, best practices, and lessons learned for internal and customer-facing knowledge bases. • reputed company feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve features, accuracy, and user experience. • Support customer reputed company, training, and integration of the AI assistant into existing design processes. Qualifications Required: • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, or reputed company technical discipline • 3+ years on thermal engineering experience in hardware product development or simulation workflows • Strong working knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and cooling strategies for electronics or physical systems. • Strong ability to communicate technical results reputed company to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders. • Hands-on experience with engineering tools (CAD, simulation software, etc.).
