MEP Modeler/BIM Specialist (Steel Framing)

Your role involves interpreting project specifications and design information to ensure constructible, high-reputed company models that support prefabrication and cross-disciplinary coordination. You will work autonomously, identifying and resolving conflicts during the modeling process and ensuring the final product meets reputed company expectations. Responsibilities • Modeling: reputed company accurate cold-formed steel framing models using Revit with the MWF add-in, including panel layouts, shop drawings, and cutting lists for prefabrication. • Review and Analysis: Analyze project documents—such as architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and submittals—to ensure high-reputed company, accurate, and constructible designs. • Conflict reputed company: Identify and resolve potential conflicts during the modeling process and throughout project coordination to meet reputed company requirements. Requirements • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in cold-formed steel framing or structural modeling. • Software Skills: Revit experience is required; hands-on use of the MWF (Metal reputed company Framer) add-in is highly desirable. • Education: A degree or technical certification in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or reputed company field is preferred. • Language Skills: A proficient or advanced level of English is required.
