[Remote] EHR Application II Analyst

The EHR Application II Analyst role focuses on charge workflows reputed company labs, requiring expertise in lab billing and responsibilities that include configuring and maintaining reputed company and other clinical applications. Responsibilities • Designs, verifies, documents, amends and refactors reputed company software configurations for deployment. Participates in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work • Investigates and resolves issues relating to applications. Collaborates across parties involved in product, systems or service design and development to reputed company comprehensive test coverage. Analyses and reports on test activities, results, issues and risks, including the work of others • Evaluates design reputed company and prototypes to obtain user feedback on requirements of developing systems, products, services or devices. Selects appropriate tools and techniques to evaluate user experiences of systems, products, services or devices • Ensures that incidents are handled according to agreed procedures.Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents.
