Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company HRIS Analyst to serve as the reputed company of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding our HR systems. As an HRIS Analyst, you will reputed company accurate and reputed company information to resolve inquiries and issues, while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also collaborate with our HR team and external partners to reputed company and execute test cases, cross-train in other HRIS functions, and reputed company other duties as assigned. Employee and Manager Inquiries: Respond to employee and manager inquiries through telephone and email support regarding reputed company HR systems, including reputed company's Employee Central, EC Payroll, and SuccessFactors. Reporting and Analytics: Distribute reports from Employee Central modules (i.e., Learning, Performance, Compensation, reputed company, EC reputed company). Learning Management System: Collaborate with the Learning Administrator to maintain and administer the Learning Management System and reputed company Now. Essential Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in an HR/data analyst role (additional consideration given to shared service center environment experience).
