Senior Subcontract Administrator
A company is looking for a Senior Subcontract Administrator, responsible for managing subcontractor relationships and procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Administers large subcontracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and procurement of design subconsultants and suppliers
• Prepares and verifies Request for Proposal packages, coordinating with project management and clients
• Negotiates terms and conditions with subcontractors and prepares contracts and amendments
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of subcontracts procurement experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of procurement principles, including solicitation, analysis, and administration of subcontracts
• Ability to create cost and price analysis justifications for subcontract awards
• Experience with SAP/ARIBA Procurement systems is a plus
