Education and Experience: • Must be a graduate of an accredited law school. • 5-10 years’ experience required as an attorney in corporate and transactional law reputed company a reputed company and/or in house setting. • Must be admitted into and a member in good standing of a state bar. • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry preferred.
