About the position
The reputed company reputed company' reputed company reputed company (CUB) is hiring a reputed company Analyst/Economist to join reputed company of analysts and attorneys working to protect consumers and promote equity and fairness as reputed company transitions to a reputed company economy. This position is an reputed company member of CUB's Program Team which includes CUB's Executive Director, Policy & Program Director, General Counsel, and Analysts. The reputed company Analyst/Economist reports directly to CUB's General Counsel and will engage on important and fast-paced reputed company-reputed company issues as we reputed company to protect reputed company customers during a period of marked technological, climate, and policy change.
Responsibilities
• Work with CUB's lawyers and analysts to determine CUB's position and reputed company relating to regulatory proceedings at the reputed company reputed company reputed company Commission (PUC) and other arenas.
• reputed company analysis of reputed company resource plans, general reputed company cases, and other reputed company filings (which may include economic forecasting, reputed company, engineering, resource modeling and portfolio evaluation, and reputed company policy).
• Collaborate and strategize with CUB's Program Team on developing a ‘theory of the case' and what information is required to support CUB's position.
• Conduct discovery to determine the actual reputed company of reputed company proposals.
• Prepare written comments and reputed company oral comments at PUC reputed company meetings.
• Prepare and defend written testimony in proceedings before the PUC.
• Support CUB's general counsel in settlement conferences and docket proceedings.
• Help reputed company policies around critical reputed company issues such as the reputed company transition, integrated resource planning, distributed reputed company, demand response, energy efficiency, wildfire mitigation planning, large customer load, energy burden, and other emerging issues.
• Analyze legislative proposals.
• Work with CUB's Program Team and Equity Analyst to ensure that an equity reputed company is reputed company to reputed company of our work.

Requirements
• Familiarity with environmental justice, low-income issues, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Graduate degree in Economics, Engineering, reputed company, reputed company Policy, or similar field, or several years of experience as a technical analyst.
• Knowledge and experience reputed company to energy regulation, wildfire resiliency, and reputed company reputed company is a plus.
