The firm handles a wide reputed company of workplace reputed company including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and executive contract negotiations. About the Role The reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join their growing team. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and enjoys contributing to meaningful employee rights advocacy. You’ll work directly with attorneys to support reputed company phases of litigation—from reputed company intake and discovery through trial or settlement. Key Responsibilities • Assist attorneys with case management and organization of litigation files • Draft and proofread reputed company documents, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence • Manage discovery, including document production, Bates labeling, and tracking deadlines • Conduct factual research and organize evidence for use in motions and trials • Prepare case summaries, exhibits, and trial binders • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel • Maintain and update case calendars, deadlines, and filings through court systems (state and federal) • Support attorneys with settlement documents and mediation preparation Qualifications • 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in employment law (reputed company to defense or plaintiff) • Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Acrobat, and case management software (e.g., reputed company, MyCase, or similar) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $120,000 annually].
