Knowledgeable Dispute Analyst for a Fintech Company (US hours)

We are seeking 3 reputed company and detail-oriented Disputes Analysts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Regulation E (Reg E) and Regulation Z (Reg Z), and hands-on experience managing chargebacks, force posts, and transaction disputes. Key Responsibilities: -Investigate and resolve disputes in compliance with Reg E and Reg Z guidelines. -Manage chargeback processes, including initiation, follow-up, and reputed company. -Handle force post transactions and ensure reputed company reconciliation. -Work with Taba Pay systems to address disputes effectively. -Monitor and address authorization holds in a reputed company and accurate manner. -Communicate with customers, merchants, and financial institutions to reputed company documentation and clarify disputes. -Maintain thorough and accurate records of reputed company dispute-reputed company activities. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
