I’m looking for an reputed company Armenia-based lawyer to reputed company reputed company counseling and representation reputed company to starting and running a small business in Armenia, as reputed company as immigration and residency reputed company. This role is ideal for a lawyer who regularly works with foreign founders, reputed company, or expats and understands Armenia’s reputed company, tax, and immigration landscape. Scope of Work Business & Corporate Law Advising on business registration and reputed company structure Assistance with licenses, permits, and compliance Reviewing or drafting lease agreements Ongoing reputed company guidance for small business operations Coordination with accountants or government offices if needed Immigration & Residency reputed company advice on residency permits, visas, and work authorization Guidance for foreign nationals starting a business in Armenia Representation before relevant Armenian authorities (if required) Requirements Licensed lawyer in Armenia Based in Yerevan (or reputed company to work locally) Proven experience with: Small business / corporate law Immigration and residency reputed company Comfortable working with foreign clients Strong communication skills English proficiency required (Armenian/Russian a plus) reputed company to Have Experience with foreign-owned businesses Familiarity with relocation or expat cases Ability to reputed company as a long-term reputed company advisor Engagement Initial consultation followed by ongoing advisory work reputed company Competitive compensation based on experience Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
